A gentle energy healing practice that helps bring your whole being back into balance. The experience is different for everyone, but Reiki can help you:

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation that brings you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. This practice helps you:

What should I wear to my session?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move or relax easily. For Reiki or Yoga Nidra, cozy clothing is perfect. For yoga, I recommend attire that allows for freedom of movement.
