Vinyasa Yoga

Gentle, intuitive energy work that supports emotional release, energetic balance, and overall nervous system regulation. Clients often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned.

Your session is fully customized. We’ll collaborate to create a plan that reflects your goals, and I’ll draw from the practices that feel most aligned and supportive for you.

Yin Yoga

Breath-connected movement to build strength, release tension, and anchor you in the present moment. We move intentionally to stretch the body and calm the mind.

Yoga Nidra

A deeply restful, guided meditation that invites you into slower brain wave states. Supports healing, clarity, and a profound sense of stillness.

Myofascial Release (MFR)

Like self-massage; using props like therapy balls, blocks, & blankets to target fascial tension and improve mobility.

Long, supported holds that target deep connective tissues and fascia. This inward, grounding practice helps regulate the nervous system and restore balance in the body.

  • A grounded closing practice for integration

What should I bring or wear?

Just wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in. I provide all props, therapy balls, mats, blankets, and aromatherapy — but you’re welcome to bring anything you love.

 

Can we focus on something specific?

Absolutely. Whether you're holding tension in a certain area, feeling mentally overwhelmed, or working toward a goal, we’ll tailor the session to support that.

 

How often should I book sessions?

Some clients come weekly for ongoing support. Others check in monthly or seasonally. We can find a rhythm that fits your needs, schedule, and budget.
