Payment & Appointment Policies
Please review these policies before scheduling. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms.
Find Your Reset Package
The Find Your Reset package includes three private 60-minute sessions for $299.
• Full payment is required to confirm your first appointment.
• All three sessions must be completed within six weeks of the first session.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice may be moved without a fee.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice require a nonrefundable $20 rescheduling fee. This fee must be paid before a new appointment is scheduled.
• Missing an appointment without notice will result in that session being forfeited.
Individual Private Wellness Sessions
A 20% nonrefundable deposit of $23 is required to confirm an individual private wellness session.
• The remaining $92 balance is due at the time of your appointment.
• Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• A new deposit is required to schedule another appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please text or email Stephanie as soon as possible.
Appointments will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving 15 or more minutes late without notice will be considered a missed appointment.
For individual sessions, the deposit will be forfeited. For Find Your Reset clients, the session will be considered used.
Payment
Payment is accepted through Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. Credit-card checkout is not currently available.
Stephanie will contact you after scheduling with the appropriate payment instructions. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required payment has been received.
If you do not respond or submit payment within 24 hours of being contacted, your appointment may be automatically canceled.
