Tips to help you get the most out of your time at Rooted Bliss Wellness

I’m so grateful you’ve chosen to prioritize yourself and your well-being. These suggestions are here to help you feel supported, grounded, and open to receiving the full benefits of your session - whether we’re working with movement, deep rest, energy healing, or a blend of modalities.

(None of these are requirements — simply gentle invitations to prepare your body, mind, and energy. That said, staying hydrated is the most important.)

  • Hydrate well - proper hydration keeps your fascia (the body’s connective tissue) supple and resilient. When fascia is well-hydrated, it allows your muscles and tissues to glide smoothly over one another, supporting safe, fluid, and efficient movement. Hydration also helps energy flow more freely through the body, allowing you to receive the full benefits of your session.

  • Eat light - avoid heavy meals and limit caffeine for easier relaxation.

  • Wear comfortable clothing - choose something you can move or rest in with ease.

  • Set an intention - take a moment to reflect on how you’d like this session to support you.

  • Avoid alcohol & recreational drugs - ideally for at least 12 hours before your session.
